Mindfulness

Mindfulness can be practised as a stand-alone method, or could be incorporated into any form of therapy, which is often a standard practice in the third generation CBT therapies.

Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)

Application areas: For problems which require a brief intervention, to find new coping skills, to do things differently and to discover one’s own strengths.
